What the Warranty Covers
- Defective Parts: Repair or replacement of any defective parts or components within the Equipment
- Structural components including frame, motor, and essential elements
- Mechanical parts like rollers, airbags, and motors
- Electronic components and control panels
- Workmanship issues such as stitching defects, misalignment, and assembly problems
What's NOT Covered
- Installation errors, unauthorized repairs, or alterations to original condition
- Improper electrical usage, power surges, or accidental drops
- Damage from misuse, negligence, vandalism, or environmental factors
- Pet-related damage, theft, or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Third-party accessories unapproved by manufacturer
- Commercial use applications
- Loss of use during repair periods
- Shipping/handling damage
- Products from unauthorized dealers
Extended Protection
Extended protection plans for 3 and 5 years are obtainable through Safeware, a national partner.
Making a Claim
Customers must provide proof of purchase and equipment identification (serial number). Claims can be submitted via form or email to warranty@rebalanse.com, including contact information, issue description, photos, and proof of purchase. Claimants receive a registration number within 2 business days.
